Welcome to ShopISI. This site allows you to purchase many of ISI's products and services, such as Current Contents®, FocusOn™, ChemPrep™, and Reference Manager™. (Note: Certain products, such as the Web of Science®, can only be purchased by contacting an ISI sales representative.)

Guest Shopper / Registering

As a Guest Shopper, you can navigate through the ShopISI site and read about the products offered here. In order to purchase a product, you need to register. When you register, you provide us with contact and mailing information. We will store your information so you will not have to reenter it each time you purchase an ISI product. Each Registered Shopper will have a unique Login ID and Password to use when entering the ShopISI site. Read more about Security and Privacy policies.

Locating a Product

ShopISI offers four methods for you to locate the product you need:

  • Select by Field of Research — On the ShopISI Home page, click a field of research to list ISI's products that cover journals in that field.
  • Select by Product Type — On the ShopISI Home page, click one of the product types (Searchable Databases, Alerting Services, Specialty Products, or Complementary Products) to list ISI's products that fall into that product type.
  • Select by Product Name — On the ShopISI Home page, click the name of the product you are interested in.
  • Search — Click "Search" on the ShopISI toolbar. From the Search page, you can perform a text search across ShopISI's product pages. A list of matching products is returned.

    • Each of these four options results in a list of products that match your selection/search. Click one from the list to view the product page, which contains product information, price, product options, and the Add to Shopping Cart button.

    Making a Purchase

    1. After you locate the product you want to purchase, click "Add to Shopping Cart" on its Product Page. The Shopping Cart page opens, displaying the items you have added to your shopping cart.

    2. From the Shopping Cart page, you can continue shopping, remove items from your shopping cart, or submit your order. When you are ready to make a purchase, click "Submit Order." If you have not yet logged in or registered, you will be prompted to do so.

    3. On the Check Out page, you will enter your billing/credit card information. Click "Purchase" to complete the transaction. Your order will be processed within 48 hours and you will be billed for the amount shown.
