1. Is on-line ordering really secure?
Yes. To make sure your information is safely guarded, ISI uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). When giving your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only ISI is allowed to decode your information. Since we don't store your credit card number, we also ask you to enter your credit card number each time you place an order. This provides an extra measure of security for your order information. 2. Why isn't my browser working with your site?
Ordering from our site requires the use of an SSL-compliant browser. We recommend using Netscape 4.X or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.X or later. For AOL users, either the 4.0 AOL client for PCs or the 4.0 AOL client for Macs is recommended. Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies."

3. I couldn't find an item on your web site that I know you offer, can I still order it?
Not all ISI products are available for purchase from the ShopISI site. For a complete list of ISI products, visit http://www.isinet.com/products/products.html (this link will open a new browse window). Contact the ISI sales representative nearest you to purchase a product not offered through ShopISI.

4. Do I have to register to place an order?
Yes, you have to register to order from our web site.

5. What if I have a problem with my order?
Please contact an ISI Customer Service representative nearest you at any time if you have questions or concerns about your order.

6. How will I be notified when my subscription needs renewing?
Some of ISI's products have subscriptions (for example, to receive monthly data). ISI will contact you when your subscription is up for renewal via e-mail or regular mail.

7. How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Contact an ISI Customer Service representative nearest you.

8. What credit cards do you accept?
ShopISI currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

9. When will my credit card be charged?
If you choose the credit card payment option on the Check Out page, your credit card will be charged when you click the Purchase button.

10. What happens when I place an order?
You are billed or your credit card is automatically charged (depending on the payment option you chose). ISI will process your order within 2 business days and will prepare your initial shipment and/or access details.

11. What confirmation of the transaction will I get?
ShopISI displays an Order Confirmation page when you click the Purchase button on the Check Out page. Print this page for your records. We also send you a confirmation by e-mail.

12. I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
Click the "Forgot your password" link on the Welcome to ShopISI page to open the Password Assistance page. On the Password Assistance page, enter your Login ID and e-mail address (the one you gave when you registered) and ISI will e-mail you your password.

13. Are there separate shipping and billing addresses?
No. The address you provide when you register will be used for shipping and billing (if you choose the Bill Me option on the Check Out page).
